You could say we had fun brewing this beer. The goal was to create a very pleasant and enjoyable bitterness while still adding massive dry-hop additions. The hop bill consists Columbus, Centennial, Amarillo, and Simcoe. Focusing on a very present but enjoyable bitterness that carries through the beer.
