On tap at Ångkvarns Bryggeri in Uppsala.
Pours a deep red with low pink foam.
Smell is full of berries, mostly raspberries and some yeast.
Taste is yeasty upfront, with some nice sweetness from the berries. More sips bring the berries out, distinct blueberry and raspberrry tastes. Ends with just a hint of honey.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a really nice saison, with lots of tasty berries.
