I'm trying this beer at the brewery. It poured a clear golden with thin white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had mild earthy yeast notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with a crisp malt base and slight tart and bitter finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.

No idea what the name means, must be an inside joke? Always excited to try lighter lagers from any brewery, especially when they’re this good. Malty, grainy, crisp, and delicious. Great on a warm day for early December. Went well with a couple donuts!
