A beer that certainly benefitted from resting in barrels and staying the hell out of 2020. This year’s blend is a mix of Willet, Jack Daniels and Jim Beam barrels filled in late 2019 and early 2020. Some of the best barrels we’ve ever sampled here has led to an incredibly smooth and decadently rich, chocolaty, bourbon forward stout. Dessert in a glass and a great way to kick 2021 into gear.

L - Pitch black with no head or lacing
S - Boozy, bourbon, caramel sweetness. Heavenly aroma
T - Chocolaty sweet and boozy, lots of bourbon but well balanced.
F - Full body and low carbonation. Silky smooth
O - An excellent BBAS. Looking forward to trying the coffee and other varieties
