With summer in full swing we decided to keep the lower ABV train rolling with this 5.5% NE Pale Ale. We also went back to the drawing board to experiment away with a completely new set of ingredients and processes. Some fun, new hops like Waimea and Chinook Lupulin, paired with a new yeast strain, a new grain bill and a dialed in water profile has really made for an exciting beer. About as soft and pillowy as we’ve experienced and extremely flavorful with strong notes of fruit punch and nectarines.
