Sampling a cold 16 oz can poured into my pilsner glass. Picked up at a local beer shop. Date stamp on can is illegible, super squished together. Beer pours a fairly clear golden color and sits a fairly dark gold in my glass. A little bit of trudge comes at end of pour and hazes up the liquid, I didnt let much in.
A fluffy, dense bleached white head of 2 cm foams up and this remains as a solid 1 cm covering throughout the sampling. I get some scattered lattice after each sip from the glass.
Aroma is some grainy malts a little white grape fruitiness and some earthy or spicy hop note. A decent amount of complexity on this nose.
First sip reveals a light body and smooth mouthfeel. Carbonation is very fine and sort of prickly on my palate. Drinks pretty easy for the physical traits on this beer.
Flavor is some grainy malt and a little general sweetness, I also get some bready note and the beer finishes with some spicy hops that linger a little after the beer dries out my palate. Never any ABV hints on the tasting.
Pretty nice light lager with some decent complexity. Glad to have tried this beer.

16 oz can, no date.
Deep gold color with a large, fluffy white head. Excellent clarity with the slightest of hazes. Great retention thanks to very lively carbonation. Nice lacing on the glass as well.
Grainy malt and floral hops aroma. Balanced flavor with mostly grainy malt coming through. A little sweet in the finish, as opposed to dry. Clean and effervescent.
This is a pretty well-made lager. I'd prefer it a little drier but it's easy enough on the palate and isn't cloying at all.

Pours clear, straw in color with one inch head. Taste is straw, bread, and mineral. Light bodied, slightly bitter, with moderate carbonation. Very good and flavorful for the style.

Crowler dated 10/11 purchased at the brewery by Tracey. Light cold color and only a slight citrusy nose. Taste includes some lemon pith tartness near the finish. A smooth refreshing summer lager.
