Featured Ingredients: Golden Promise & Crystal Malts, Fuggles & Bramling Cross Hops, London Ale Yeast
Tasting Notes: A classic UK-style that is all about balance - toasty, honey-like malt, herbal & citrus-forward hop notes, whiffs of fruity yeast, and - most importantly - incredible drinkability. Brewed with 100% UK-sourced ingredients.

(16 oz can, no date/code; purchased cold six-pack at the brewery this past Saturday... poured into a nonic)
L: 'Parsons Green - Best Bitter - English-style Pub Ale'... very little pfft! sound opening the can... unfiltered, amber color to the liquid... copious, enthusiastic foam build
S: subtle apple or apple cider accents, bit of a fresh bread crumb note to the malt, earthy-grassy character of the hops unmistakably present... a stretch to say this reminds me of Landlord?
T: much of the same on the palate, though the malt of course opens up and lends more hay, grain, burlap tones... reminds me of autumn... bitterness lingers in the aftertaste, with soft chewy bread crust flavors on the edges of the palate; very little residual sweetness, though that builds by the end, achieving a nice counterpoint to the dryness
F: lovely, lightly lush roundness; delicate, drawn out finish... hop bitterness stokes a moderate peppery warmth mid-palate... easy drinking at its finest
O: I had this on cask at the brewery, and that drop was slightly more dirty than this can, but they're not far off from one another... really impressed with this and their Chesterfield... I will return to try more of what they got (2288)
EDIT: notes from the cask pour I forgot I'd taken: cloudy, with much grainy malt and yeasty dough flavor... mild, earthy bitterness; little sweetness, as if made from second runnings... enough dimension to consider a second pint... flickers of dried fruits in the aftertaste: apple, sultana, apricot
