Farm Truck is a collaborative experiment between Independent Brewing Co and Hysteria Brewing Co in every sense of the word. The combination of saccharomyces bruxellensis trois and French Saison yeast lends over the top fruity esters before being double dry hopped with Azacca and Ekuanot hops and Mosaic lupulin powder.
