A refreshing Fruit Saison fermented with FM21 Odznaczenia Sezonu liquid yeast. The estery notes from the fermentation are enhanced with aromatic Citra hops and a fruit blend of yuzu and gooseberry juice. Oat flakes and lactose add texture to the beer. This is an exceptionally complex, yet light beer.

Copenhagen 15/10 2018. 50 cl bottle from Ninkasira Bottleshop, Kbh N. What looks like angry dogs dressed up as Knights on the label.
Pours slightly hazy, pale yellow with small, very bubbly head. Settles as small, thin and very lonely patch of foam. No lacing.
Aroma is of tart berries sweetened a bit with sugar. Goose berries, elder flower, citrus, lemon and white sugar.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly prickly texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by tart, fruity sourness. Aftertaste is sour as grapefruit juice. Lingers shortly. Semi-dry finish.
Juicy, sour beer with good dryness. A bit thin though.
