A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that left some patches of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of absinthe are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of absinthe along with hints of oak from the barrel aging. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an interesting blend of beers, absinthe, and barrel aging. I found it to be quite enjoyable.
