Hazy pale orange-yellow with a thick, convex fluffy off-white head leaving a tall, persistently thick wall of lace all the way around the glass.
Lightly dank and spicy, the hops exhibit a peppery pineyness with grapefruit and orange rind, accented by a touch of cracker. These notes are not quite sharply defined, and are somewhat mild and ruggy--not quite stale, but giving me that feeling nevertheless.
The fluffy medium-full body finishes powder dry.
