This is a collaboration between Vanessa House, Prairie and Twisted Spike, all of which are within a few blocks of each other in downtown OKC.
Light brown and hazy with a slight tan froth.
Smells of grain, brown sugar, plum and black grape.
Smooth going down with plenty of caramel and brown sugar followed by plum and peach pith.
Medium with a nicely warming heat. Could use a bit more heft, but not a major factor.
Fine collaboration from some of the brilliant folks who are making it happen in OKC.
