This beer is NOT a Vienna Lager, the color and flavor profile do not fit. What it IS is a pale lager of the Mexican/Caribbean variety but on the super premium side.
Appearance:
Slightly hazy gold, thin but persistent white head.
Aroma:
Crackery grains, some sweet cornbread, herbal/weedy hops
Flavor:
[See aroma for taste description] assertive bitterness but within the style variant, finishes crisp and dry.
Mouthfeel:
Light and refreshing, medium CO2, no astringency or flaws
Overall:
