Head dissipates quickly leaving a flat appearance. Drinkable but undistinguished. High ABV but well masked. Ranked 161,896 in category should tell us something. Would not buy again given what else is available in the marketplace.

Bright, lowish bitterness, easy drinking DIPA with a surprisingly hefty 9.1 abv. I get some pineapple, grapefruit, etc. out of it. Hides its alcohol dangerously well. To me it drinks like a regular IPA, although it's thick enough that you know it's not. If you want an imperial IPA with a pretty low malt presence, this is a good one.

The subhunter has a very sharp but balanced taste. I like how it strikes the palate. The notes are full and lasting. Most individuals of age would recommend you enjoy it while seated.

This tastes like new shoes smell. I'm disappointed.

I feel bad giving such poor ratings but damn...I couldn’t even finish the can! Tastes like a hoppy version of Hawaiian Punch, but not in a good way. I’m hoping I just got a bad batch, might try again...

A nice, straightforward DIPA from this relatively new brewery.
Pretty gold color. Modest white head with abundant lace.
Aroma of citrus and pine.
Grapefruit and pine resin taste.
Very easy drinking.
