Pours a vibrant, cloudy golden color with a big, froth white head.
Combines typical ipa aspects with an intriguing saison characteristic on the nose in a marvellous fashion. There is an initial layer of ice bonbons, which gets enriched by orange juice and blueberries. Underneath, there is a layer of cake maltiness, which brings a rustic quality to light.
Drinks very light and utmost refreshing with its light body maintaining a nice depth throughout.
Tastes of a surprising inital bitterness, inheriting dried leafes and lemon zest, which get toned down by a doughy note. The dough gets well emphasized by additional crackers and bright wheat, establishing a pleasant softness on the palate. Finishes with a rush of carbonation and a late hop bite, producing an unforseen dryness among sweeter orange pulp.
This is tasty and quite flavorful, especially in comparison to its low abv. It does pack way more ipa characteristics than your typical saison flavours, but everything comes very well together, creating a great beer.

Pours a slightly hazy straw coloration with a medium, creamy head. Smell is quite hoppy, with some wheat and citrus and peach notes. Taste follows the nose, being quite hoppy and fruity: tangerine, peach, with just a hint of wheat and yeast. Finishes with a dry bitterness, no discernible tartness there at all. If it wasn't for the slight wheat and yeast notes, this would almost pass for an IPA due to the very fresh, hoppy, fruity character and slight bitterness. This is without a doubt due to the dry-hopping, which appears quite generous. Very nice, easy drinking summer beer with lots of hoppy goodness. To be fair, I was pretty drunk when I had this, but this is how I remember it anyway.
