Yields a clouded orange in color with a stable, big head on top.
Smells of ham, black peppers and a flowery whiff.
Has a higher, stony effervescence to it, making the beer‘s mouthfeel a tad more versatile and light hearted.
Tastes of moldy straw, bananas and a bit of lime rind among an uprising sweet and peppery spiciness. No real sign of hops standing out at any point, while the beer is able to produce a light, well accompanying bitterness. Finishes sweeter, with a good amount of toffee malts defining the end, accompanied by a light floral dryness.
Solid, slightly versatile on the palate, this creates just enough complexity to convince, while the advertized hoppiness in this is entirely imaginative.
