Partially foggy or chill hazed amber-gold with a short and bumpy off-white head.
The nose is like cider, and even more so like floral white wine. It's quite beautiful.
Taste is more tart and almost like apricot lambic with a little more prick of acid before it comes back to a very apple juicy exhale. It at times even has a hint of oaky funk.
Quite effervescent, but then vanishing on the finish.
