Copenhagen 21/8 2019. 33 cl can from Voldby Købmandsgård (web-shop). Stylized drawing of what looks like Ice bergs on the can.

Pours opaque dark brown with medium-sized light brown head. Settles as thin layer of almost transparent form unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.

Aroma is moderately intense, sweet and candy-like with a perfumed touch. On the malty side. Milk chocolate, caramel, brown sugar, lactose, candy shop. the coffee mentioned on the can seems a bit oversold.

Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, creamy and lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is rather sweet followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and candy-like.

Not bad. Very much on the sweet side. Could use a tad more coffee and a little edge.

330ml can served in a footed pilsner glass. Canned 16/12/22. Brought this back from Europe somewhere. Probably picked it up in Slovakia.

Pours black with a short lived tallish dark head that steadies out into a thick skin or a thin cap. Smell is very roasty with a strong coffee note and a bit of a chocolate undertone.

Taste is strong sweetness that I have a hard time mapping to something specific -- but balanced reasonably well by that roasted coffee bitterness.

Mouthfeel is on the light side of medium, just a ghost of chewiness. Overall, this is nice, tasty, easy-drinking.

I am trying a can of this beer at the Sheraton Hotel lobby bar. It poured an opaque dark with no head and no lace. The scent had chocolate and roast malt notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with heavy molasses with hints of chocolate dark fruit and subtle anise. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

330ml Can from Beer52.com
This one was a very nice beer from Garden, it was somewhat of a slow burner with not too much showing on the nose really but it started to grow on me & was pleasant throughout with a nice chocolate flavour & some sugars going well with the roasted malt bitterness & hints of coffee. It was a creamy & smooth beer with a nice mouthfeel that was balanced & easy to drink, it was probably my favourite of the four Garden beers I've had recently as well & a nice way to finish.

Can. Almost black with a thick tan head which slowly subsides . Minimal lacing.
Gentle aroma of latte and chocolate which is reflected by the flavour.
Smooth with a medium to full body.
Not quite robust enough for the style.
