16 ounce draft pour into a shaker pint at the brewery.
L: Brilliant pale-gold, one inch white creamy head, good persistence, some lace.
S: Moderate nose, spicy/earthy hops, notes of berry-like sweetness from the yeast I think.
T: Clean and dry, hop forward, woody, floral and spicy, just enough pale malt for some balance.
F: Light and crisp, very chalky and a little abrasive.
O: OK, representative of more traditional style Pale Ales.
