On tap at brewery, taster pour:
Almost clear very pale white gold, light white head.
Nose has rosemary stand out over a light honey note.
Taste and feel is peppery behind the featured herb. Drier than expected, not much Hefeweizen aspects to this beer, despite the name.
I put this in herb beer for this reason, it's more of a herbed blonde or saison. You might be disappointed thinking Hefe, but not so much thinking herbed/spiced beer.
