16 ounce draft pour into a shaker pint at the brewery.
L: Brilliant gold-amber, 1/2” white head, moderately persistent foam fades to a foamy ring, leaves specks of lace.
S: Weak nose, grainy malt, hints of citrus.
T: Harsh grainy toasted malt, dry with no opening malt sweetness, zesty/floral hop bitterness is a little bit acidic, hops flavor is concentrated giving it a medicinal flavor.
F: Light bodied and crisp, slightly astringent.
O: Not a good Festbier, more reminiscent of an AL.
