Peach milkshake appearance. The liquid looks like apricot juice. Above average head from a gentle pour from the can. Lasting head which leaves some vertical streaks on the glass.
Light grainy, pale malt nose. Very tropical (I anticipate juicy) with a weedy hop bite.
The taste comes across more bitter than the smell. The brew is rich and quite dry. The lower carbonation enhances this effect and perhaps makes the hop last longer. The bitterness is strong throughout and leaves a long aftertaste. Some grapefruit with a bit of papaya and very dry finish.

16oz. can served in my Spiegelau IPA glass. Pours a lovely burnt orange with a loose, frothy, half inch, off-white head embedded with pinpricks. Nose expresses big citrus notes, almost candied, followed by aromas of tropical fruit. Taste is a bit muted - pith forward, followed by tangerines and suggestions of light, toasted malt. Finish is lightly herbal/medicinal. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with an assertive carbonation approaching crisp. Overall, a solid IPA. Nose is really quite pleasant; however, I wish it translated a little more to the flavor profile.
