750ml bottled served in a tulip. Pours a lovely burnished orange with a slight haze to the clarity and a rocky, three inch, bright white head. Nose expresses grassy notes and Belgian yeast. Taste follows nose; however, floral notes, as well as an attenuated honey character are revealed towards to the middle to end of the quaff. Mouthfeel is light in body with an assertive carbonation and a mild astringency. Overall, a clean, easy-drinking domestic saison. Nice job with this one.
