16oz. Can poured into a Nordic Cooler. Pours a lovely copper hue with a slight haze to the clarity and a rocky, 2.5 inch, fizzy, off-white head that gradually sizzles and pops as it slowly recedes. Nose expresses light, herbal notes with a hint of pine and spice. Taste follows nose with a slightly maltiness to the backbone and a medicinal bitterness that lingers between quaffs. Mouthfeel is light-medium with a pleasant, even carbonation. Overall, a good example of the style, especially in the glass; however, not really my jam.
