Pours a lovely straw gold with a tight, 1/8th inch, bright white head and a slight haze to the clarity. Nose is somewhat subdued - some grassy notes followed by a hint of malty sweetness. Taste follows nose with the addition of some noble hops bittering at the finish. Mouthfeel is light in body with a pleasant, even carbonation. All and all, a well crafted festbier.
