16oz. can served in a Spiegelau tulip. Pours a dull burnt orange with a frothy, 1/8th inch, bright white head. Clarity is murky. Nose is lovely - a big burst of citrus with hints of pith and tropical fruit. Taste follows nose with some herbal/medicinal bitterness that lingers at the finish. Coconut notes come out as the beer warms in the glass. Mouthfeel is light-medium on body with a slight oiliness to the texture and an assertive carbonation that leaves a residual prickle at the back of the throat between quaffs. Overall, complex and drinkable. Nice job!.
