16oz. can served in a tulip. Pours an inky black with a loose, mocha-colored head that quickly dissipates into a tight band around the shoulders. Nose provides a cinnamon hit upfront, followed by traces of dark malt. Taste expresses cinnamon, cocoa, fruitcake, and a hint of char. Mouthfeel is medium in body with a mild, even carbonation and a lovely creaminess to the texture. Overall, a solid and enjoyable pastry stout.
