16oz. Can served in a willibecker. Pours a lovely straw gold with a translucent clarity and a tight, half inch, bright white head. Nose expresses hints of earthiness and spice. Taste follows nose with the addition of a light bready character across the middle. Finish is medicinal and biter. Mouthfeel is light in body with a bright carboantion. Overall, an interesting beer. the dry-hopping adds an interesting layer; however, it just doesn’t come together for me in the flavor profile.
