Served on nitro in a willibecker Pours a lovely burnished copper hue with a tight, creamy, one inch, cream-colored head. Nose is subdued - notes of cereal grains. This beer tastes lovely - creamy and smooth. The feel on this beer is absolutely perfect. Light, creamy and smooth. Overall, a lovely pale mild. I wish more brewers made these.
