16oz can served in my Gouden Carolus chalice. Pours a beautiful orange-gold with a tight, two-finger, bright white head that slowly sizzles and pops as it recedes. Nose is delicate and subdued - fruity esters and floral notes. Taste follows nose, albeit more pronounced. The force expresses itself in one middle and the hibiscus pops at the finish. Mouthfeel is light in body with an easy, even carbonation. Overall, a lovely example of an underdone style. I hope this brew gets added to the seasonal line-up.
