Pale straw gold, bright clarity with a rising plume of visible carb. Veil of surface skim and spotty lacing.
Aroma is lightly funky with an exotic fruitiness about it from the hops. Reminiscent of Fantome Saison.
Taste is softly tart with a fruity hop character, crisp and dry finish. Light bodied and thirst quenching.
Good stuff, it seemed like Fantome was the prototype here and it's pretty close.
