Bright yellow yeasty body with white surface lacing and lazy regular lacing, carbonation is very high. Smells strongly of barnyard funk, belgian wild yeast, paw paw, with supporting lemon, flowers, and dried peach. Taste up front is kind of like sprite, lemon and lime with paw paw and some funk, before opening into the yeast, subtle dirt, and flowers. Feel has too high of carbonation, truly distracts from the beer, yeast is strong too, but bright, fruity and thin in an artisanal way. Happy saison day everyone!
