Crystal clear bubbly gold with a white head and spotted lacing. Mostly brett and funk on the nose, some light botanicals and grains too, sour lemon finishes. Taste is a revelation in comparison: rich and tart lemon and grapefruit, elevating flowers, anchored by baseline wheat and yeast, with hints of guava and lychee underneath as it warms. The dandelion botanical crispness in the middle of the tart and bright fruits and wheat define this beer. Feel is bright, light, decently tart, and delicate.
