Very fizzy, bright yellow appearance, with thin and active white bubbles on the head. Feel is overly carbonated in my opinion, cutting into both the bready funk and sour oak finish. However the smell is sublime with heavy sour oak, lemon, orange zest, airy flowers, grass, belgian yeast, sneaky hops, tons of funk, and crips grains. Taste, despite carbonation cutting into the finish, still features a nice matrix of dried citrus, funk and floral yeast.
