A ton of dry white wine barrel influence in the taste, with oak, lemon, pineapple, lime, white grape, guava, belgian yeast, pear, lime, horse blanket funk and dry grains. Some fighting for attention among the flavors, thus why I think the white wine flavors come out so strong, though blossoms into more complexity as it warms up. Smell is less balanced than taste, really wafting white wine, oak, funk, and lemon. Mouthfeel is exquisite however, providing dry crispness, graininess, sourness, creaminess, and brightness in every sip.
