Unlike anything I have had to memory. Pour clear amber with good carbonation. Smell is funky, both from barrel and horse blanket aromas, with oak, cherry juice, belgian yeast, hay, grass, and wheat. Taste is also funky, but more of a former of the basin in which the cherry juice, flowers, grass, and yeast mix together with a little sour oak kiss. Feel is springy and funky. One of the weirdest beers I have had in awhile, but it worked for me. Even the wife, who doesn't like sours or funky beers found it to be fascinating
