A unique beer experience to date. First you don't see a ton of dark saisons these days, let alone one that is as tangy and spicy as this. Body is mahogany brown with only a few surface bubbles here and there. Smell has lavender, pomegranate, lemon, orange, oak and molasses. Taste opens with the wood, lavender and cardamom, then an intense burst of citrus, molasses, brown sugar, belgian yeast and finally the refreshing pomegranate with a sour oak finish. Feel is inconsistent in sips, sometimes feels weighty, other times yeasty, and other times thin and dry. Interesting
