Have been waiting for them to hit their stride on the saison amer series, and right here they did it! Bright orange body, clean pour with quickly fading white bubbles. Smell is lush and full, getting funk, peach, huge orange, huge oak, pear, lemon, lime, hay, little pine, with a kiss of grassy and earthy hops. Taste does well to incorporate those american hops without losing the saison complexion, good yeast balance with hops and oak. Add some green apple and earthiness to the taste. Fruit flavors more melded together than separate, drinks smooth despite a myriad of textures.
