Poured golden orange, clean pour. Smell has more brett to it than others in the series, with flowers, orange, funk, oak, pine, and slight passion fruit. Taste has the oak open everything up more, with passion fruit, grapefruit, orange, lime, green apple, pine, brett, and ending with dry funk, belgian yeast, hops, and black pepper. Feel has pervasive oak souring with hop textures, and sneaky yeastiness

Appearance: Pours a beautiful and bright effervescent orange color similar to DuPont.
Aroma: Strong aromas of citrus and apricot. Not sure what passionfruit actually is like. Belgian spice presence of clove and banana.
Taste: Massive tart citrus! I assume the passionfruit. Was not expecting that. Tart all the way. A slight, light funk. Good amount of yeast. Finishes a peppery, dry.
Feel: Finishes light and crisp, but strong carbonation gives it a decent body with yeast and pepper. The tart astringency does linger through the dry finish a bit.
Overall: What a complex beer. For 4.5% ABV this beer offers so much. Definitely much respect given to Afterthought Brewing for creating such a flavorful, but sessionable saison. How a saison should be. Definitely tart all the way through. Maybe could be better rounded if that's what you prefer.
