Cloudy dandelion appearance.
A violent pour yielded a nice bright white head; a thick curtain of lace.
Tart lemon & mild honeyed wheat notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Tart lemon & mild orange peel flavors up front; mild honeyed wheat notes on the finish.
Tart, fruity & balanced; I was pleasantly surprised by this.

Bubbly golden body with some lingering clear bubbles in a ring. Smell is vibrantly bright: peach, oak, lemon, tangerine, flowers, and some general funk. The tartness of the beer is pervasive, but never overwhelming, starting at the foretaste with sweet tart like citrus, then mellowing with the funk and oak, before finishing wet, bright and juicy. This mouthwatering fruit tartness stays on the palate long after the sip, beautiful.
