Cloudy bright yellow body with an eggshell white collar. Reminds me a lot of the merigue: gin barrel but with more citrus with the yuzu to deepen the flavors. Smell leans on the oak, sweet and tart lemon, wild yeast, and the yuzu, with a slight touch of gin and brett. Taste is more balanced, with the yuzu and sweet lemon hitting first, but then rounding into a deeper experience with the other elements from the smell, plus some funk, flower, and green apple vinegar. Texture is wet to start but drys out to a medium, some graininess hints within the artful sour smoothness. Not clean enough for me to score the feel higher. A pleasant and lighthearted saison for summer
