Slightly bubbly clear golden body with a thin white ring. Smell features the seaberry, kind of like elderberry and mulberry hybrid, with wild yeast, oak, lemon zest, and earth. Taste is a tart version of the smell, with a little residual smoke from the berry in the middle of it all, sour oak and grains carry the load home. Feel is bright, decently carbonated, dry, and tart.
