This was a really neat twist on the series coming from both the amaro barrel and the sabro hopped saison in the blend. The resulting aromas are herbs, orange zest, tons of sharp wood, lemon, wild yeast, dried berries, and flowers, but very harsh compared to most of the series. Taste took it to the next level taking the fruit and adding lime, kiwi, coconut, and then having a huge infusion of wood tannins, brett, and flowery yeast, transitioning to the herbal and boozy finish. It is a lot to take in each sip, with varying extremes, but it kept me coming back for more. Feel is uneven, with yeasty smoothness contrasted with sharp wood and hot booze, which gets cumulatively pretty strong. A fun change up
