Bubbly bright golden body with a white bubble head. Grapefruit, pineapple, lemon and lime lead the nose with bretty funk and wild yeast with vinous kisses. Taste has a fascinating yeast complexion when interacting with the wine: bright nuttiness with oak, lemon zest and curd, flowers and white grape. This combo leads, with some sour tropical notes following and hay. Feel is more robust than most AT beers, but still bright and decently carbonated, but the finish is wonderfully dry and clean. Indeed has traditional influences from the yeast and saaz hops, but the new world twists brighten and slightly sour. Perfect for late winter

Hazy straw gold, ample carb and a compact head of foam.
Initial aroma is intensely tropical Citra, passionfruit, guava, lemon, lime.
Taste is similar but more sustained. Pleasant tropical hop greenery overlaid seamlessly onto a backdrop of crisp dry tart saison. Intensely fruity and flavorful, though it doesn’t fatigue the palate. Lighter bodied, crisp and effervescent. Really punchy and hits all the right notes. If they keep making this regularly, i’ll never buy Almanac again.
