Mostly clear gold body, slightly carbonated, with a white collar. Smell has plenty of funk, with botanicals, orange, lemon, especially flowers, wheat, oak, gin, pickles, and wild yeast, very expressive. Taste is sweeter and less funky than the nose. Bright and juicy citrus lead the barrel interestingly enough, with the grass, flowers, and slight pine from the gin all intercede with the yeast. Bright, fresh, complex, wet for style, and slightly tart. Well worth your time any time of year given the various elements highlighted.
