Longest name ever, but this one is refreshing enough you won't care. Murky golden body with a white collar and islands. Melon, grape, must, white wine, lemon, funk, lime, mango, light berries, and various wild yeasts. Good balance between ripe fruit and must and funk. Taste is much the same but now more layered, juicy fruit followed by white wine, then musty funk, then yeast and oak. Very bright and refreshing mouthfeel, has great juiciness with all the hops, but want more to the body for a saison. Hits the hopped up saison well, would be great in summer.
