Had on tap. Slightly cloudy and bubbly dark golden body with a thick white collar. Get funk and the gin barrel right away in the nose, with slight brett, grass, lemon, and flowers. Taste is funky and tart up front, drying out and getting more wood tannins and booze in by the finish, with the in-between littered with the flavors from the smell with a kiss of minerals. Smells more balanced than taste with the barrel and nuances. Feel is bright, lighter for afterthought saisons, sneaky botanical, and tart.
