Cloudy gold pour with a finger of white foam that fades into surface lacing. Smell has strong citrus up front with the gin and oak souring, with honey, wild flowers, and slight funk. Taste features bright flowers, wild yeast and honey upholding juicy lemon, apricot, pear, and peach, with accenting brett and funk, with everything molded by the gin and especially the oak. Feel bright, playfully tart, oak laden, and sneaky sweet. Goes well with smoked salmon tartine. The wife liked it
