Pale pastel canary yellow with a finger of sudsy foam. A few arcs of lace dripping here and there. Slight haze, tiny bubbles ascending around the edges.
Aroma is all fresh oak and botanical dry hop character. Fruity lemon, lime, passionfruit elements, citrusy with a tropical edge. Perfect summer vibe. Reminds me a little of Le Terroir, which was Mosaic dry-hopped once upon a time.
Sour puckering lemony oak, more lemon-lime, yuzu, calamansi, some dill, and a dry woody finish. Light and effervescent, flavorful with some nice hop character still. Overall it’s a pleasant and unique mixed ferm saison, great drinking in the summertime.

Looks like an afterthought saison. Smell has the patented mixed culture wild yeast and oak, lemon and flower accents too, but this barrel brings in lush white wine notes, with lingering melon rind and funk. Taste is very vinous but smoothly so, naturally incorporate the saison, has some brett like funk out back with waves of oak, lemon, white grape, with bright pear, grapefruit, and clementine. Feel is very vinous and oaky, decently bright and smooth, with some light funk percolating the body, very refreshing on a hot summer night
