Mostly clear amber bod with a bubbly complexion leading to a make shift active white ring. Smell features the raspberry surrounded with oak, lighthearted but plentiful barrel funk, grass, citrus, and a kiss of honey. Taste follows the nose, but not as expressive, raspberry is sweeter, honey more heavy handed, but the citrus and notes of tangerine open up more with grass and flowers accenting. Feel is funky, sneaky juicy, bright, highly carbonated, and leans sweet. A fun experiment gone very well!
